Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute strategies to attract advertisers, sponsors, and business partners.

Identify and engage potential clients, including companies, brands, and agencies, for advertising and sponsorship deals.

Lead efforts to increase magazine subscriptions and expand distribution reach.

Negotiate and close revenue-generating partnerships.

Partnership Development & Outreach

Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, businesses, and influencers to secure strategic partnerships.

Engage with guests, contributors, and thought leaders to enhance the magazine’s content and credibility.

Represent Manager’s Corner Magazine at networking events, industry conferences, and business forums.

Lead outreach efforts via emails, calls, and meetings to grow brand awareness and engagement.

Marketing & Brand Awareness

Work with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns that position the magazine as an industry leader.

Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling

promotional materials.

Manage external communications, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Oversee social media engagement and digital marketing efforts to drive audience growth.

Project & Operations Management

Oversee and manage sales and partnership-related projects from initiation to execution.

Work cross-functionally with editorial, sales, and marketing teams to align on business objectives.

Track sales and partnership performance, generating reports and recommendations for improvement.

Implement efficient workflows and systems to streamline processes.
